    Switch between properties from the top bar. Each hotel keeps its own rooms, bookings and reports.

    Deposits by currency

    Payments are tracked in US dollars and Rwandan francs side by side, so nothing gets converted by hand.

    Daily close

    Filter by status, source or dates, switch between table and calendar, and export the end-of-day report.

    Group bookings

    Delegations, crews and tour groups are booked as one, with guest and room counts, a contact and payment status.

    Live room board

    Available and occupied rooms at a glance, so the front desk can place a guest without double booking.

The challenge

Bookings, room status, payments and events were tracked across spreadsheets and separate desktop software. With several hotels and large group bookings, staff couldn’t see availability at a glance, which led to double bookings and hours of manual reconciliation at the end of each day.

What we built

We built a cloud platform where staff switch between hotels from one login. The front desk sees live room availability, manages individual and group bookings in a table or calendar, and tracks deposits in US dollars and Rwandan francs. The same admin runs housekeeping, maintenance, the restaurant, meeting rooms and event inquiries, and keeps the website gallery up to date.
