Teams that use AI well, safely and every day.

Hands-on training that takes your people from curious to capable, built around their real work, with the policies and guardrails to adopt AI responsibly.

Who it's for

Leaders and teams who want the productivity gains from AI without the risks of using it carelessly.

What changes

From curiosity to everyday use.

Practical skills, not theory

Every session uses your team’s own tasks, emails and documents, so people leave with work done and habits they keep.

Leaders who can steer it

Leaders learn where AI creates value in your business, what it costs and what to watch, so they can set direction with confidence.

Safe by design

Clear rules on which data goes where, how to check AI output and when a person must decide, written into your own AI policy.

Questions we get asked

Do our people need technical skills?

No. If they can write an email, they can learn to use AI well. We have separate tracks for technical teams who want to go further.

How much does it cost?

Workshops start from $600 for a half day with one team. Team programmes start from $2,500 and include the skills check, workshops, clinics and certificates.

Which AI tools do you teach?

The ones that fit your work and budget, often the assistants already in your email and office software. We’re not tied to any vendor.

Is it safe to use our own data in training?

We agree what can be used before we start, and use business accounts with data protection settings switched on. Sensitive data stays out of the exercises.

Is the training on site or remote?

Both. We run workshops on site in Kigali and remotely anywhere, and clinics and follow-ups usually run online.

Can you help us write an AI policy?

Yes. Team programmes and rollouts include a short, practical AI use policy written with your leadership.
